General Technical
Display cannot switch units, or shows incorrect speed reading
Check manual for unit switch steps. Update firmware if available. Request service if unresolved.
Parts like rack, light, or reflector arrive scratched or dented
Take photos on arrival, before use. Contact ENVO for immediate claim and replacement.
Users experience a set of small problems (flat, shifting, light) after building at home
List all problems and contact ENVO with comprehensive ticket for combined troubleshooting/support.
Seat or bar won't hold adjustment under load
Tighten to correct torque. Clean/grease as needed. Replace clamp or post if worn.
Screen fogs or shorts after exposure to rain or water spray
Dry immediately, do not use until clear. Cover display in rain or ask for warranty display casing if chronic.
Front wheel not centered properly after axle install; can affect steering
Center wheel in dropouts and fully retighten skewer/nuts. Realign as needed. Shop true if necessary.
Chain demands more care in adverse conditions
Always clean, dry, and re-lube after each rainy, dusty, or muddy ride for best longevity.
Drivetrain wears quickly with off-road/gravel riding
Clean/lube parts after rough rides. Expect more frequent replacement intervals; keep record of purchase if warranty is in question.
Bike underperforms despite all suggested troubleshooting
Request case escalation. Ask for part-by-part diagnostic support. Provide all attempted solutions and data log.
Customer unable to visit in-person service center for repair/parts
Use ENVO remote/video troubleshooting. Request mail-in or guided service if local options unavailable.
Customer wants intervals/mileage for chain, brakes, etc
Ask ENVO for model-specific maintenance chart, or follow general e-bike care best practices.
Bike won't switch or run both batteries if dual system equipped
Follow manual's battery selection steps. Ensure both batteries are charged/connected. Ask ENVO if a firmware update or repair is needed.
Crank or pedal comes loose soon after assembly
Retorque to spec. Replace hardware if stripped. Avoid riding with loose crank to prevent thread/frame damage.
Brake sensor fails (motor doesn't cut out or stays off) due to magnet position
Reposition magnet at brake lever. Test sensor function. Replace if undetectable after repositioning.
Charger is hot to touch or overheats during charge
Immediately unplug. Stop using and request replacement via warranty.
Chasing unique pegs, racks, rods, cages for specific ENVO models is difficult
Request supplier or part number from ENVO. Use only manufacturer-approved hardware for safety.
Demo/returned units show more wear or lower range
Ask for health report and detailed photos before purchase. Warranty may be limited on these.
No included support for care and tuning procedures
Request via support or search ENVO help center. Save digital copy for future use.
Charger/controller makes sound or light remains on when not connected
Unplug from wall immediately if charger. Request replacement. Report to ENVO as possible safety risk.
Display doesn't light up or is unreadable in low light
Check display settings/menu. Ensure wires seated. Escalate to ENVO for display replacement if unresolved.
Missing bolt torque specs or unclear assembly details for home builders
Request spec sheet from ENVO. For safety-critical points (crank, stem, axles) only use values provided.
Specs, compatibility, or how-tos online differ from what's delivered
Contact ENVO for latest documents. Save all shipping paperwork for claims if mismatch persists.
Guide rods hard to bend
No adjustment allows fender to clear tire adequately, rods too rigid.
Buyers receive accessories that don't fit due to spec change.
Confirm with ENVO support before ordering. State year/model/serial. Exchange if order error.
Use/care of dual battery systems not documented or is confusing
Consult user manual for dual battery switching/charging. Confirm with ENVO if procedure unclear or bike won't switch/load both.
Parts shipment, service response or replacement delayed beyond estimate
Keep all ticket numbers. Escalate if overdue. Document all communication history.
Desire to speak with technician for complex issues, not just email
Use ticket/email to formally request call. Provide windows of availability and serial for callback.
Problems routing, fitting, or plugging/unplugging electrical connectors
Do not force plugs. Reference wiring guide/manual or photo. Contact ENVO if improper fit or port damage.
Certain installs or repairs not documented in manual
Request PDF or online video for the task via support. Only use official ENVO instructions for warranty jobs.
Bike or hardware arrives with cosmetic (or minor structural) flaws
Document pre-ride. Submit warranty claim with photos if severe or possible impact to bike safety.
Rear wheel or axle appears skewed, trike or bike feels crooked
Visually inspect from behind; remove and reseat axle. If fixed, alignment may need shop/ENVO assessment.
Unclear whether to fully/partially charge, how to store, etc
Follow ENVO battery care guidelines (usually charge to 90%, don't deep discharge or overcharge, store cool and dry).
Updating bike software is unclear, buggy, or unsupported
Provide display/controller version/serial to ENVO. Request step-by-step guide or link to latest correct update.
Early battery capacity loss or won't take charge after short time
Test with known good charger. Clean contacts. If <1 year old, request warranty replacement.
Wheel, axle, or trike rear bearings quickly grind, stick, or break
Lift wheels and spin/feel for roughness. Replace faulty bearings. Contact ENVO if recurrent in new units.
Wheel wobbles side-to-side, often from new or after pothole
Check spoke tension. True wheel at shop if needed. Document issue if chronic for manufacturer support.
Not sure which size (tire, tube, battery, charger) repair/replacement is needed
Send bike model/year/serial and old part's info to ENVO before ordering. Refer to product manual/Knowledge Base
Wheel quick release is hard to close or comes loose during ride
Ensure lever faces bike frame and is closed firmly; tighten nut on opposite side as needed. Replace if worn or stripped.
Display shows error code not listed in manual or help center
Take photo, note when error occurs, and send to ENVO. Await model-specific diagnosis and repair advice.
Power/display button doesn't always engage or needs multiple presses
Ensure button is clean and dry. Check for physical damage. Escalate for head unit/display replacement if repeated failure.
