My Bike is showing incorrect speed and distance travelled?

If your wheel size is not set correctly, follow these steps to adjust it:


  1. Enter Settings Mode

    • With the vehicle turned on and stationary, press and hold the “i” button for more than 2 seconds.

    • The display will enter the Setting state.

  2. Go to Advanced Settings

    • In the Setting interface, press UP or DOWN to select Advanced Settings.

    • Press the “i” button and enter the password to open the menu.

  3. Adjust Wheel Size

    • In Advanced Settings, press UP or DOWN to select Wheel.

    • Press the “i” button to enter.

    • Use UP or DOWN to choose the correct wheel diameter from the available options:
      16 / 17 / 18 / 19 / 20 / 21 / 22 / 23 / 24 / 25 / 26 / 27.5 / 28

    • Press “i” to save and exit to the Wheel menu.

  4. Exit to Main Screen

    • To return to the main interface, either:

      • Hold the “i” button, or

      • Select BACK → Exit.


Correct Wheel Size Values

  • ENVO D50 / ST50 → 27.5”

  • Flex Overland / Trike → 22”
