General Technical
Received wrong or missing part, accessory, or hardware
Photograph received items and box slip immediately. Escalate to support with order and photos; request correct replacement.
User asked for serial by support but can't locate it on bike/frame
Check under bottom bracket, behind seat tube, or bike packaging. Request diagram or location PDF from ENVO if not found.
Customer unsure which failures are defects or normal wear/tear
Consult ENVO's written warranty. Submit clear photos and full serial for ambiguity. Ask for written response.
Valve stem is angled or pushes into rim, making inflation/maintenance difficult
Deflate tire, carefully center tube, then reinflate, ensuring valve is straight. Use rim lock/nut if applicable.
Bike doesn't reach advertised speed or struggles on hills, even when new.
Confirm battery is fully charged. Inspect motor and controller cabling. Review display settings for speed limit mode. Escalate to ENVO if under load performance always lags.
Repeat chain, gear or PAS issues even after pro adjustment
Document all adjustments/repairs done. Consult ENVO for in-depth technical support, possibly remote diagnosis or part replacement.
Connecting rod fails, trike loses rear stability or motion
Inspect visually for cracks/breaks. Report with photos and bike details. Request warranty replacement rod and follow support for installation guidance.
Support or dealer is slow to respond to warranty/service ticket
Document all contacts, keep clear photos/serial. Re-contact after 2-3 days or use alternative channel.
Throttle and PAS both die during a ride; display may stay on
Check controller connectors, battery voltage, and display wiring. Cycle power. Escalate to ENVO if persistent.
Charger/controller makes persistent squealing/beeping noise
Unplug and discontinue use. Swap alternate charger. Escalate for replacement. Do not use potentially faulty unit.
Suspension fork or rear is hard to compress, doesn't rebound
Clean/lube moving parts if specified. Check for shipping protection not removed. Escalate to ENVO or local service.
Unplug and firmly reseat all power, battery, controller, and sensor wires. Use dielectric grease if exposed contacts
Always list model/year when buying. Request part # and guidance from ENVO if unsure before order.
Instructions don't cover all steps or are unclear for accessory assembly
Contact support for video/demo. Ask for missing documentation. Professional assembly recommended if unclear.
Connections loosen due to vibration/assembly, causing power or control cutout
Unplug and firmly reseat all power, battery, controller, and sensor wires. Use dielectric grease if exposed contacts.
Bike powers off or cuts assist after a physical jar
Check for battery contact interruption and wiring looseness. Reseat all connectors. Seek ENVO help if recurring.
Unclear process for product registration or warranty claim
Use ENVO's registration web portal. Keep serial number and purchase proof handy for support requests.
Difficulty using display settings or interpreting screen
Request model-specific display guide/manual from ENVO support. Watch setup/navigation videos if included.
Premature wear on chain/cassette from dirt/mud/gravel
Clean/lube after each rough ride. Screen for damage/wear. Replace worn items faster if mainly off-road.
Difficulty in finding correct replacement tire/tube for model
Read tire sidewall. Confirm size with ENVO via model/serial before purchase. Reference manual for fitment.
Bolts for racks, brakes, or accessories strip or cross-thread during assembly
Never force bolts. Use proper size/thread. If stripped: replace part or use thread insert. Escalate persistent frame/hardware defects.
Charger for spare/new battery isn't compatible with bike or battery
Verify battery/charger voltage/amp with ENVO spec. Match serials before purchase. Contact support if unsure.
No child guard, rear protection, or similar delivered/fitted
Check packaging, serial, model. Review ENVO accessory list for your bike and request missing items if listed for your variant.
Rear light does not work post-assembly or randomly fails.
Test wiring and LED. Try different power source. Escalate if failure persists after troubleshooting.
Dashboard shows inaccurate battery or speed info
Check all sensor connections and wheel magnet (for speed). Reset display. If persistent, update firmware or report to ENVO.
Critical sensor malfunctions even after swap/clean
Check all relevant connections. Test with known-good sensor. If problem shifts, issue likely in controller/wiring harness.
Both manual pedaling and throttle fail simultaneously
Inspect chain, crank, and motor engagement. Test chainline and internal drivetrain parts for damage. Contact ENVO if immobile.
Frequent chain drop or skips, especially when hitting bumps
Check derailleur alignment, chain tension. Limit screw adjustment per manual. Consider chain tensioner for severe rough use.
Wheel sits off-center, rubs or is unstable after assembly or use
Reseat in dropouts, retighten to torque. If unfixable, frame or dropout defected, consult ENVO for next steps.
Wire harness pinched or cut, especially at folding or tight bends
Open frame sections, visually inspect wiring, repair minor insulation issues; replace harness if conductors are damaged.
User-supplied or spare battery not recognized
Check compatibility before buying. Inspect connection; contact ENVO for battery model confirmation if new battery won't work.
Brakes drag even after lever release; causes slow rolling and noise
Reset caliper alignment, true rotor. Replace pads if uneven or worn past spec. Test freewheel spin before ride.
Loud squealing from hydraulic or mechanical brakes under use
Clean brake rotors/pads with isopropyl. Bed in new pads. Replace pads if glazed/oil-contaminated. Align caliper.
Racks, pegs, or fenders won't align with frame attachment points
Loosen all relevant hardware, align, then retighten gradually. For stripped/misaligned threads, request replacement fitting from ENVO.
Motor makes excessive noise, especially under load; may shake frame
Tighten all motor mount bolts. Check for debris or damage. Escalate for deeper review if severe noise/vibration persists.
Battery installed but display shows no battery or won't power up
Clean contacts, reseat in frame. Swap with another battery if possible. Escalate for warranty claim if battery is new and unresponsive.
Bike turns power on/off randomly; may be harness/switch/controller problem
Inspect for wire pinches, loose connections. Reset system and confirm all power leads. Escalate if unresolved.
