Screen briefly comes on then shuts off
Check battery charge and connection. Inspect for controller cabling issues. Try with different battery if possible.
Bike does not power up (battery, controller issues)
Check main battery seated/locked. Hold power button firmly. Try known-good battery and check display connection. If dead, contact support.
Motor cuts out, sometimes due to connection/controller issues
Check motor cable and controller plug. Unplug/re-seat connectors. Confirm no moisture/damage, escalate if persistent.
Wheels wobble or off-center in dropouts
Reseat wheel in dropouts correctly, check quick release tension. For significant wobble, have wheel trued by bike shop.
Chipped paint on frame from shipping or handling
Note and report damage to ENVO with photos for warranty assessment (repainting usually not covered unless gross damage upon arrival).
Derailleur out of adjustment due to limit screws or cable tension
Fine-tune derailleur limits; inspect for bent hanger, re-tension cable, lubricate as needed.
Motor not cutting as brakes are applied; OR power cut when not braking
Check sensor magnet position on lever; realign or replace sensor as per ENVO support instructions.
Cable not installed cleanly causing friction, poor shifting
Inspect cable path and ensure smooth bends, not kinked or pinched. Reroute as necessary per manual; secure with guides.
Rotor not centered (often after shipping or install), causes noise or drag
Check wheel seated correctly. Loosen brake caliper, recenter over rotor, tighten bolts. True rotor by bending gently if needed.
Hanger bent from shipping/impact, causes poor shifting or chain drop
Inspect visually; gently bend back using derailleur alignment tool if slight; severe bends require replacing hanger (contact ENVO for part).
