Hanger bent from shipping/impact, causes poor shifting or chain drop
Inspect visually; gently bend back using derailleur alignment tool if slight; severe bends require replacing hanger (contact ENVO for part).

Check wheel seated correctly. Loosen brake caliper, recenter over rotor, tighten bolts. True rotor by bending gently if needed.Creaking or clicking from cranks/chain/cassette
Lubricate chain, inspect for worn or loose parts. Tighten crank bolts. Replace chain if elongated. Ask dealer if persistent.
