If you notice the gear are not shifting properly between 1-9 or 9-1. Follow the following procedure:Derailleur out of adjustment due to limit screws or cable tension

When wires are looped in the same place or zip tie is tighten too much, then in overload condition the wires may get heated and might get damage. This can be observer from controller side. Please check the cable and let us know.Unable to fully tighten, causing alignment issues
Check bracket fit/alignment, remove debris, tighten bolts gradually, replace if needed.
