Check main battery seated/locked. Hold power button firmly. Try known-good battery and check display connection. If dead, contact support.Error info 6 - motor /controller cable short circuit.
When wires are looped in the same place or zip tie is tighten too much, then in overload condition the wires may get heated and might get damage. This can be observer from controller side. Please check the cable and let us know.
