Points to loose/bad connection or motor/controller issue. Check all electrical connections (battery, controller, motor leads). If unresolved, contact support; may indicate controller/motor upgrade needed.Bike does not power up (battery, controller issues)
Check main battery seated/locked. Hold power button firmly. Try known-good battery and check display connection. If dead, contact support.
