Motor cuts out, sometimes due to connection/controller issues
Check motor cable and controller plug. Unplug/re-seat connectors. Confirm no moisture/damage, escalate if persistent.

Points to loose/bad connection or motor/controller issue. Check all electrical connections (battery, controller, motor leads). If unresolved, contact support; may indicate controller/motor upgrade needed.
Bike does not power up (battery, controller issues)
Check main battery seated/locked. Hold power button firmly. Try known-good battery and check display connection. If dead, contact support.
Error info 6 - motor /controller cable short circuit.
When wires are looped in the same place or zip tie is tighten too much, then in overload condition the wires may get heated and might get damage. This can be observer from controller side. Please check the cable and let us know.
Sudden power loss, sometimes mid-ride
Inspect main battery connection/lock. Check if battery “pops out” or connector is dirty/loose. Reseat battery; if shuts off repeatedly, contact support for controller/battery replacement.
