When wires are looped in the same place or zip tie is tighten too much, then in overload condition the wires may get heated and might get damage. This can be observer from controller side. Please check the cable and let us know.Sudden power loss, sometimes mid-ride
Inspect main battery connection/lock. Check if battery “pops out” or connector is dirty/loose. Reseat battery; if shuts off repeatedly, contact support for controller/battery replacement.
