Battery stops charging or discharges quickly
Try another charger. Test battery on different D50/ST50 if possible. If battery at fault and <1yr, contact ENVO for warranty.Display screen won’t turn on or powers off at random
Confirm battery is charged & connected. Inspect all wiring. Try display hard reset (power/off/on, reconnect cables).Recurring flats, especially rear tire; likely puncture or rim tape issue
Inflate using included valve extender. Inspect for sharp objects/rim tape issue. Replace tube if punctured. Normal flats are not covered by warranty.Motor does not engage when pedaling due to PAS/bottom bracket sensor failure
Check Error 25, test connections at crank/bottom bracket. Review ENVO troubleshooting resources, escalate for part replacement if persistent.Spokes break or become loose, especially in rear wheel, impacting safety and performance.
