Spokes break or become loose, especially in rear wheel, impacting safety and performance.
Inspect wheel for broken/loose spokes, check tension evenly. Re-tension or replace affected spokes. If breaks recur, consider full wheel replacement.

Wheel is loose, wobbly, or won't stay in true, affecting ride quality or safety
Inspect and tighten axle bolts/quick release. Check spoke tension and hub bearings. True wheel if wobble persists or consult ENVO for possible warranty case if defect is found.
Loose steering, wheel, or unsteady ride
Check head tube, stem, and axle for correct torque. Tighten/adjust as per assembly instructions. True wheel if needed.
Repeated clicking from rear wheels or axle during movement
Inspect for loose nuts/bolts on axle, rear sprocket, or wheel. Check bearing fit. Lightly grease contact areas. If sound continues, possible bad bearing or improper torque; escalate for parts exchange.
