Inspect derailleur hanger, realign or replace if bent. Adjust derailleur limits and cable tension as specified in ENVO documentation.
Fender sits too close or contacts tire, creates noise/resistance
Loosen fender bolts, adjust angle/height. Gently bend rod supports. Contact ENVO for replacement or alternative fit if unsolvable.
Click noise during riding, can be caused by loose or misaligned parts
Tighten pedal, crank and axle bolts. Clean/inspect crankset and chainring. Seek professional service for persistent noise.
Bike shifts poorly, chain skips gears or grinds teeth
Tune derailleur, tension cables, lubricate/replace chain or cassette if worn. Check for bent derailleur hanger.
Charger makes audible noise, does not fully charge battery
Try another outlet. Stop using faulty charger. Contact ENVO for warranty replacement. Never use overheated/malfunctioning charger.
Bike display resets or powers up/down without user input
Inspect display-battery cable, battery seating. Try display reset (hold power). Check for error codes. Escalate for controller/display review.
Throttle only works sometimes or with lag; affects riding
Verify throttle wiring at both controller and handlebar. Test with another throttle if available. Escalate to ENVO for further diagnosis.
Pedal assist is slow to engage or stops suddenly without user command
Inspect PAS sensor; check magnet ring and connections. Clean area. Reset system. Escalate if unresolved for sensor/controller replacement.
Motor spins when lifted off ground but stalls with rider on bike, indicating power delivery problem
Check connections between motor, controller, battery. Fully charge battery. If persists, possible controller or battery current issue. Escalate for testing/replacement.
Sudden power loss during riding, sometimes cannot restart immediately
Check secure battery connection, reseat, and fully recharge. Inspect all wiring. Escalate with ENVO if recurring for controller/electrical diagnosis or replacement.
Battery fails to charge, loses charge quickly, or causes power loss during ride
Try another charger, clean battery contacts, and test battery on another ENVO product if available. Escalate with serial/receipt to ENVO for warranty if persistent.
Spokes break at the hub, or wheel comes out of true from the factory or after use
Check for uneven tension, truing issues, or poor quality spokes. Re-tension or replace broken spokes. If issue is chronic, consult ENVO regarding wheel replacement.
Rear tire repeatedly goes flat, especially soon after new bike assembly or on rough terrain
Check for embedded debris, rim strip defects, or improper assembly. Use valve extender. Replace tube if punctured. Contact ENVO if tube seems defective out of box.
Wheel is loose, wobbly, or won't stay in true, affecting ride quality or safety
Inspect and tighten axle bolts/quick release. Check spoke tension and hub bearings. True wheel if wobble persists or consult ENVO for possible warranty case if defect is found.
