• The battery cable connector is melted

  Dust and dirt may cause loose connections between connection pins which can cause sparking leading up to melting Make sure to frequently keep connections clean and secured. Order replacement parts

• The screen turns off and the power cuts for my ebike?

  There are two main reasons for this happening.  Low Charge Charge the battery and try operating the ebike once again.  LCD Display connector is loose Reconnect and check all other connections inside the controller housing

• My charger gets hot, should I be worried?

  Its perfectly normal for a charger to get hot when in use. To avoid overheating make sure you put the charger in a well ventilated area.
