Battery does not charge up with standard charger?

Battery does not charge up with standard charger?

Battery is already fully charged

Check battery voltage anything above 41V for 36V battery and anything above 53V for 48V battery is considered fully charged. Please refer to product manual for instructions on accessing voltage values. 

Charger does not function

Green LED may turn on when charger is plugged into the battery but not connected to the wall. Check that all of the connections are tight. Try different plugs and charging cables as well.
