Wheel is no longer true, causes wobble
Have wheel trued at bike shop, keep receipts/photos if persistent for warranty action.
Late or wrong part received
Contact ENVO with order # and photos, follow up in support thread.
Unit throws error after startup
Crosscheck error in KB, execute fix. If unclear/escalate with screenshots to support.
Dead electronics; no signs of life
Confirm battery charge, repeat hard reset, reseat all connectors, escalate if persistent.
Dented, swollen, or leaking battery
Do NOT use. It can burst and cause serious injury. Isolate and contact ENVO support with photos for urgent warranty action.
Slower than normal ride/assist
Battery health check, controller/motor wiring, look for error codes. Escalate recurring issues.
System won’t start after build
Double-check all cable connections, power cycle battery/controller, check display. Escalate if unresponsive.
Difficult to change gears; noisy or skips
Adjust derailleur as per manual. Lubricate cables/chain; ensure hanger is straight.
Other sensor errors (PAS, speed, brake cut-off)
Isolate by checking display error. Follow corresponding troubleshooting in support database.
Throttle action does nothing
Inspect throttle wires, test connection; verify with another throttle if possible; escalate for replacement.
PAS works inconsistently or stops
Check all wiring and BB sensor; refer to Error 25 troubleshooting; escalate persistent cases.
Display screen flickers, won’t update, etc
Reset/reboot display (power cycle). Check and reseat connections. Escalate to warranty if persistent.
Loose steering, wheel, or unsteady ride
Check head tube, stem, and axle for correct torque. Tighten/adjust as per assembly instructions. True wheel if needed.
Fender rubs on tire, leading to noise/drag
Realign fender, adjust stays/mounts for even clearance, and secure bolts.
Rack bolts loosen, causing rattle or misalignment
Retighten or replace bolts as per support illustrations; check rack mounting points for strip or damage.
Brakes squeak, even after break-in
Clean discs and pads (isopropyl), bed new pads, check pad-to-disc alignment as per ENVO resource.
Bike delivered with misaligned/loose parts or missing components
Following ENVO manual/video for step-by-step check and reassembly. Contact ENVO for part/warranty support.
Wires loose out of frame channels or appear untidy
Reroute using frame mounts/channels and zip ties as per assembly guide. Avoid pinch points and ensure cable play.
Chain snaps or wears quickly, leading to skipped gears/drops
Replace with 9-speed compatible chain (for D50/ST50). Reference manual for chain length, or ask support for details.
Error persists, no fix with standard reset
Check error code meaning in ENVO KB. Address (e.g., for Error 25, replace bottom bracket). Escalate with evidence if issue persists.
Display doesn’t show battery level or is inaccurate
Check all connections/battery health, reference troubleshooting database, escalate if persistent. Possible controller/display issue.
Tire valve slowly loses air (crooked/loose)
Deflate, reseat tube so valve is straight. If stem is defective, replacement tube required. Warranty doesn’t cover unless new bike/manufacturer defect.
Kickstand falls off, is bent or missing
Retighten or replace with ENVO-compatible part (dual-leg for select models).
Unable to fully tighten, causing alignment issues
Check bracket fit/alignment, remove debris, tighten bolts gradually, replace if needed.
Charger does not illuminate or charge battery
Test with known-working charger. If charger is fault, order replacement. Confirm compatibility.
