Reseat in dropouts, retighten to torque. If unfixable, frame or dropout defected, consult ENVO for next steps.

Center wheel in dropouts and fully retighten skewer/nuts. Realign as needed. Shop true if necessary.Spokes break at the hub, or wheel comes out of true from the factory or after use
Check for uneven tension, truing issues, or poor quality spokes. Re-tension or replace broken spokes. If issue is chronic, consult ENVO regarding wheel replacement.
