Valve stem is angled or pushes into rim, making inflation/maintenance difficult
Deflate tire, carefully center tube, then reinflate, ensuring valve is straight. Use rim lock/nut if applicable.
Rear tire repeatedly goes flat, especially soon after new bike assembly or on rough terrain
Check for embedded debris, rim strip defects, or improper assembly. Use valve extender. Replace tube if punctured. Contact ENVO if tube seems defective out of box.
Tire valve slowly loses air (crooked/loose)

Inspect for rim strip misalignment or tire bead issues. Use proper tire lever technique; if tube seems defective out of box, contact ENVO with photos for replacement.
Spoke Tension for D50/ST50 tires
We recommend 100 kgf tension for the spokes on both tyres of the D50 and ST50.
