-usually happens when brake/throttle applied and then turning on the bike. - keep the brake/throttle/pas in ideal condition don’t apply brake or throttle and let the system completely bootup.Motor triggers while not pedaling or throttle is touched accidentally
Check throttle sensitivity in settings. Inspect for stuck throttle or mis-wired PAS. Contact support; may need throttle or controller calibration/replacement.
