Repeated clicking from rear wheels or axle during movement
Inspect for loose nuts/bolts on axle, rear sprocket, or wheel. Check bearing fit. Lightly grease contact areas. If sound continues, possible bad bearing or improper torque; escalate for parts exchange.

Axle sits at an angle after install, sometimes due to forced fit or frame tolerance
Examine alignment visually from behind: both wheels must sit square. If off, remove axle and check for burrs/obstructions or bent frame. Re-install gently; if persists, contact ENVO for possible frame or axle replacement.

Step 1: Remove the Rear wheel from the frame Step 2: Remove the Cassette from the motor Step 3: Remove Jam Nut from the axle Step 4: Remove bearing retail ring and push out the plate as shown below
Constant clicking noise from front tire of D50/ST50
A constant clicking noise is heard from the front wheel—once per rotation, that is from the front brake cable lightly contacting the plastic nut on the wheel reflector. Secure the cable to the fork with a zip tie.
Does your hub motor fit thru-axle forks?
The hub motors only work with drop out frame but for thru-axle configuration you can go with a mid drive motor.
