      • Error info 6 - motor /controller cable short circuit.

        When wires are looped in the same place or zip tie is tighten too much, then in overload condition the wires may get heated and might get damage. This can be observer from controller side. Please check the cable and let us know.

      • Error flashes on display, stalls assist

        Note error code, consult user manual or ENVO KB for code lookup. Perform recommended fix (often resetting controller, checking sensors/connections).

      • Error Code 24 - Bike Stopped Working

        Please disconnect your motor cable connection which is going to your controller and reconnect it and see if the error will go away.
