Increased noise from motor, especially uphill/under heavy load
Check motor mount bolts for tightness. Inspect for any loose or rubbing parts. Confirm vibration isn’t from the chain or rear wheel. Contact ENVO support if noise/vibration persists, as motor may require inspection.

Our geared motors have an internal clutch which is automatically released when motor is not in use. Therefore unlike some bikes which has a slight cogging torque and noise, there is no drag or noise at all when freewheeling.
