Important Update for Veemo Customers: Battery Drain Issue

Important Update for Veemo Customers: Battery Drain Issue

Dear Veemo Community,

We want to address an issue that some of you have been experiencing with your Veemo regarding battery drain. We’ve identified that the cause of this problem is related to the 48V-12V converter. Unfortunately, this converter has been consuming excessive power even when the Veemo is turned off, leading to faster battery depletion.

What We’re Doing

We understand how frustrating this can be, and we want to assure you that we are actively working on a solution. We are currently sourcing a replacement converter that will not draw excessive power during standby. Once we have the new converters ready, we will ship them out to all our customers as quickly as possible.

Temporary Solution

In the meantime, to help prevent battery drain when your Veemo is not in use, we recommend that you remove the battery during storage. This simple step will ensure that your battery remains charged and ready for use when you need it.

Your Support Means Everything

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue. Your feedback has been crucial in helping us identify and address these early challenges, and we are committed to ensuring that you have the best possible experience with your Veemo.

Thank you for being part of our community and for your continued support. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Best regards,
