If the keys are lost, the only solution is to replace the lock. To do this: Remove the three screws using a 3mm Allen key. Take off the lock knob by loosening the Phillips screw. Push in the mechanism, which will release and unlock the battery.Wheel quick release won’t lock tight
Align, check for bent lever/pins, replace if necessary.Rack bolts loosen, causing rattle or misalignment
Retighten or replace bolts as per support illustrations; check rack mounting points for strip or damage.Some bikes received without critical bolts/hardware
Check packaging thoroughly. If missing, provide order details/serial/photos to ENVO support. Parts like sprocket bolts can be shipped under warranty to user/dealer as appropriate.
