If I set 0 as the assist level and turn off the display is it normal that when I turn it back on it defaults to 1?

If I set 0 as the assist level and turn off the display is it normal that when I turn it back on it defaults to 1?

This is a default setting on your display. You can refer to the display manual of your system to change the startup settings to land at a certain level whenever you start the system.
