How to troubleshoot the ENVO Flex Overland bike that is not turning on

  • Fold the frame of the bike and remove the plastic cover.
  • Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove two plates. This will expose the power connector point.
  • Insert the power connector point completely.
  • Look for another cable, which is a big one. Make sure the arrows on the cables are facing each other and that they are fully inserted.
  • Try to turn on the screen. If it does not turn on, repeat these steps.
  • Once the bike is on, put all the cables inside the frame and then use the Phillips screwdriver to enclose them.
