Front wheel not centered properly after axle install; can affect steering
Center wheel in dropouts and fully retighten skewer/nuts. Realign as needed. Shop true if necessary.

Check wheel seated correctly. Loosen brake caliper, recenter over rotor, tighten bolts. True rotor by bending gently if needed.
