Flex Overland/Urban - Error 26 Troubleshooting

  • Turn on your E-Bike.
  • Press and hold the menu key until you reach the settings menu.
  • Press the menu key multiple times until you reach the "voltage" setting.
  • If you have a Flex Overland, set the voltage to 48 volts.
  • If you have a Flex Urban, set the voltage to 36 volts.
  • Press and hold the menu key again to exit the settings menu.
