Tube fails shortly after starting use
Inspect for production flaw vs. puncture. Replace tube; request warranty replacement if obviously defective (not regular puncture).
Recurring flats, especially rear tire; likely puncture or rim tape issue
Inflate using included valve extender. Inspect for sharp objects/rim tape issue. Replace tube if punctured. Normal flats are not covered by warranty.
New or replaced tube punctures quickly
Inspect rim tape, check for sharp debris/glass. Confirm correct tube/tire size. If new tube fails, they may replace under warranty per attached policy.
Some bearings feel gritty or fail soon after use—often only inner bearings are bad
Turn axle by hand with wheels off ground. If grinding/sticking felt, remove axle and visually inspect all four bearings. Replace damaged ones. ENVO can provide warranty bearings as needed.
