Fender is too near tire, often after assembly or rough transit
Attempt to adjust height/angle via mounting bolts. If support wires are fixed, try gently bending them for clearance. If unresolved, contact ENVO for fender kit advice.

Check for embedded debris, rim strip defects, or improper assembly. Use valve extender. Replace tube if punctured. Contact ENVO if tube seems defective out of box.
Tire goes flat shortly after assembly
Inspect tube for puncture before riding. Use tire levers to check for sharp rim tape or embedded debris. Replace tube if punctured. Normal flats not covered by warranty unless assembly defect.
Fender rubs on tire, leading to noise/drag
Realign fender, adjust stays/mounts for even clearance, and secure bolts.
Fender sits too close or contacts tire, creates noise/resistance
Loosen fender bolts, adjust angle/height. Gently bend rod supports. Contact ENVO for replacement or alternative fit if unsolvable.
Front fender is making noise
Front fender is too close to the tire and is rubbing Fender needs to be adjusted, try lifting it up and moving it away from the tire, may need some slight bending, make sure you have secured it in its highest position
