ENVO Flex Overland/SnowBike Dual Battery Setup

Do you have the battery rail?

1: Attach the battery rail to the frame using the slots cutouts and adjust the height.

2: Attach the battery bracket (plastic part) to the battery rail using 3 screws.

In case you dont have the battery rail, use the following procedure.

1: Use Philip head screwdriver to remove the 4 screws from the battery mount.

2: The battery plate comes with 2 holes with 75mm distance between them. These will be mounted onto the rivnuts on the frame.

Please note the red wire is on the right hand side when viewing from the back.

3: Use the Philip head screws to fasten the battery mount onto the plate.

4: Final assembly should look like this:
