ENVO Flex (2024) Dual Battery Setup

  2. Install the bracket:
    • Remove the rubber caps from the holes on the rear side of the bike.
    • Attach the bracket to the holes.
  3. Open the bike:
    • Open the folding hinge and then the frame of the bike.
  4. Remove the controller plate:
    • Remove the two Phillips screws holding the plate in place.
    • Take out the plate.
  5. Disconnect the primary battery cable:
    • Disconnect the power cable that connects the primary battery to the controller.
  6. Route the second battery cable:
    • Thread the cable for the second battery through the frame and out the other side.
  7. Connect the dual battery connector:
    • Connect one end of the dual battery connector to the controller.
    • Connect the other end to the second battery.
    • Connect the two bullet connectors to the appropriate terminals.
  8. Test the system:
    • Insert the primary battery and turn on the bike.
    • Make sure all the electronics work as expected.
    • Turn off the bike.
  9. Remove the primary battery and insert the second battery:
    • Take out the primary battery from the slot.
    • Insert the second battery.
    • Turn on the bike and make sure it works
  10. Reassemble the bike:
    • Insert the dual battery connector towards the battery side and put all the cables inside the frame.
    • Route the longer cable to the other side of the frame.
    • Apply zip ties to secure the cables.
    • Cut any excess zip ties.
    • Put the plate back on.
    • Close the bike.
