ENVO D35 / ST Display Fogging
We are surrounded by water vapors present in the atmosphere and we quantify this as "humidity". Some areas are humid (such as shoreline) while others may be dry (such as deserts).
When the electronic display is produced some of the air is captured inside the sealed housing and gets trapped there, this air contains some water vapors which get condensed when the display is introduced to a large change in temperature or humidity. This condensation shows as fogging of the display.
The only solution to this problem is to keep the display under direct sunlight (or any warm dry place) for a few hours and it will cause the water moisture to leave the display housing and solve the fogging issue. As all the displays are produced in the same manufacturing unit, and hence contain a level of water moisture, replacing one display with another will not solve the issue.
If you believe the issue is not solved after putting the display under sun or the fogging is excessive, get in touch with our team and we would be happy to help.
