ENVO B2B Portal - Tutorial

Activating Account
  1. Check your mailbox for Account Invitation email from sales@envodrive.com

  1. If email not found, reset the password for account activation link. 
  2. Make sure to use the same email that was used when signing up for Shipearly.



Logging In
  1. The login portal can be accessed at: https://envodrive.com/account/login
  2. After logging in, you will be taken to the portal dashboard (on right side). This include My Cart, and Order History.



Placing Order
  1. After you are logged in, you will see the discounted price for all the products. You can place the order on either:
  2. Collection Page

  1. Product Page

  1. You can also view the product stock level on product page. In case of out of stock, contact your sales rep for confirmation (some SKU such as accessories may not have correct inventory levels on portal). 
  2. After adding products to cart, head to my cart to review the order. 
  3. Proceed to Checkout and confirm your address. You can also add Additional information such as comments or notes.
  4. Complete the order.

  6. You will get a system generated Sales Order on your email once the order is confirm. 

Ordering Accessories/Spare Parts
  1. The spare parts and accessories can be searched through the search option. Alternatively you can goto this page and search there: https://envodrive.com/collections/spare-parts-and-accessories
