Motor cable connector might be stretched
Check arrows alignment then push the connector back in firmly

Motor cable is scratched or torn
Contact ENVO support

Water penetrated inside the motor casing
Dry motor by putting it in a hot and dry place for 48 hours

No visible sign of damage is observed
