One motor is spinning slowly
Motor damage, controller damage, belt tension or misalignment, ice accumulation Check the tension of the belt, both belts should have identical flexibility Check the belt tensioner at the rear of the tracks Check if ice has accumulated in the tracks
Delays in resolving warranty or technical concerns
