Charger makes noise, doesn’t fully charge battery
Try alternate wall outlet. If noise continues and battery doesn’t charge, request charger replacement. Stop using faulty charger for safety.

This is normal when the battery is fully drained and you connect the charger, a small spark is normal, turn off the battery and then insert the charger to the wall plug
