Can ENVO motor/controller handle 48 volts battery?

Firstly note that higher voltage will only increase max speed, which will be out of ebike street legal criteria, and does not affect torque or traction.
Controller is not capable of 48V but if you replace the controller with a 48V. motor should be fine as long as you keep max current at 17A.
