Brakes drag even after lever release; causes slow rolling and noise
Reset caliper alignment, true rotor. Replace pads if uneven or worn past spec. Test freewheel spin before ride.

Check wheel seated correctly. Loosen brake caliper, recenter over rotor, tighten bolts. True rotor by bending gently if needed.
