Never force bolts. Use proper size/thread. If stripped: replace part or use thread insert. Escalate persistent frame/hardware defects.

Brakes rub or squeak post-assembly
Loosen caliper mount, recenter over rotor, retighten. Spin wheel; adjust until noise/rub resolves.
Rear tire repeatedly goes flat, especially soon after new bike assembly or on rough terrain
Check for embedded debris, rim strip defects, or improper assembly. Use valve extender. Replace tube if punctured. Contact ENVO if tube seems defective out of box.
Accessories don’t fit, mounting hardware won’t align
Loosen all bolts, align all brackets, then tighten little by little. If threads are stripped or holes don’t line up, contact ENVO for hardware or alignment advice.
