Bolts for racks, brakes, or accessories strip or cross-thread during assembly
Never force bolts. Use proper size/thread. If stripped: replace part or use thread insert. Escalate persistent frame/hardware defects.

Loosen all bolts, align all brackets, then tighten little by little. If threads are stripped or holes don’t line up, contact ENVO for hardware or alignment advice.
